Mentorsprint is a subscription-based web application offering live and on-demand lessons focused on how to use AI in the workplace.

5. Payment Terms

We partner with Stripe as our payment processor. Growthland OÜ does not collect or store your credit card information. You agree to pay the subscription fees as set out on our pricing page, and you give us permission to charge the payment method according to the billing plan.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Mentorsprint service through the end of your monthly billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided on Mentorsprint is owned by or licensed to Growthland OÜ and is protected by copyright laws. You are not allowed to copy, distribute, reproduce, or use our content except for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly permitted by Growthland OÜ.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthland OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Estonia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify the Terms at any time. If we make changes that are material, we will provide you with reasonable notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective means that you agree to the new Terms.
